Whoa… This thing is working soooooo well for me. I love how it is working so well. My body always changes with the puffiness and such. As far I researched and giving this one a shot. I took it on day one with 1ml drop. The side effect was mild. Stomach cramp. But a lot of trips to the bathroom. By the end of the day you feel the puffiness goes away, drink a lot of water while you do this. It will boost the effects faster if you do. Day 2- lots of peeing of course but the puffiness and bloating went away and then day 4 the puffiness continues to slim down my belly. My joints pains have gone away. The mood helps- I don’t feel so down at all. And I noticed that I have been more alert than I ever been. I am on day 4 now I will give you an update if anything, I have to say it that easy, just one drop into the mouth and that’s it. No complications of direction to use. Very convenient price as well
