Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $59 USD

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $59 or more (after discounts and before taxes). For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $9 will be applied at checkout.

1. “Free shipping for orders over $59 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. The shipping cost-$19 USD of the Free Product per item is not deductible. $19 USD including processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

 

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the following countries:

North America: United States (Contiguous US only). We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

 

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard shipping takes approximately 8–10 business days to arrive.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Correct Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us at service@verdantstrand.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.

 

Package Protection & Refunds

If you have not received your package within 60 days of the ship date, please reach out to us at service@verdantstrand.com. We will investigate and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
