Free Shipping On All Regular Items
At VerdantStrand, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all regular-priced products—no minimum spend required.
For our promotional "FREE Today" items, shipping is calculated per item to cover handling and logistics.
Special Shipping Note for "FREE" Products
1. “Free shipping” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. Per-Item Shipping: The shipping and handling fee for each promotional FREE product is $8.99 USD. This fee is charged per item and accumulated at checkout.
3. What This Covers: The $8.99 USD fee covers premium worldwide processing, secure packaging, international shipping, and customs duties.
4. No Group Shipping Discounts: Because our shipping carriers charge us based on total weight and separate handling for these artisanal gift items, the shipping fee applies to each individual free product in your cart and is non-deductible, even if ordered together with regular items.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the following countries:
North America: United States (Contiguous US only). We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.
Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard shipping takes approximately 8–10 business days to arrive.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holidays. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Correct Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
- If you notice an error, please contact us at service@verdantstrand.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
Package Protection & Refunds
If you have not received your package within 60 days of the ship date, please reach out to us at service@verdantstrand.com. We will investigate and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
