I question the quality of the product because they were, what appeared to be, melted together in a clump. I searched for high quality and have purchased multiple items from this company on the past. Quality control is questionable at this point.
18-in-1 Black Walnut & Wormwood Herbal Digestive Cleanse Softgels, 80-Day Supply
Don't know how these work, first time using. The package for once, not like our traditional packaging that leaves a lot of space. The package fits tight around product, no space. The problem is all the capsules are smashed together, because they are soft they all binded together. Have to be careful when pulling apart capsules dont burst.

I’ve been using this supplement for a little while now, and so far I’m happy with it. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines several ingredients in one product. The package was well sealed, and everything looked fresh when it arrived. It’s too soon to talk about long-term results, but my experience has been positive, and I would purchase it again.
18-in-1 Black Walnut & Wormwood Herbal Digestive Cleanse Softgels, 80-Day Supply
After a trip to the Western Caribbean: Honduras, Mexico and Belize, and not feeling great for two months (bloating, tummy issues and lethargy) someone mentioned trying a parasite cleanse. I ordered this one and it arrived today, too soon for an ACTUAL review, so Im only giving it 3 stars for the time being. My one HUGE issue is, theres NO directions on the bag, other than 3 capsules per day...BUT NO recommendations for how long! Do I take the ENTIRE 240 capsules until gone or is this bag good for multiple cleanses??? Your guess is as good as mine! My husband joked "Its a crap shoot"---and that did NOT give me the warm fuzzies! Also, theres NO mention side effects (ie diarrhea, cramping, nausea etc) so im going into this blind (deaf and dumb and thats kinda scary!) So im gonna guess two weeks....and then ill reevaluate. I took my first dose today, so now I wait. The capsules are small, easy to swallow & there's no after taste. Ill definitely be posting an update. Fingers crossed. Pray for me.

This 18-in-1 Black Walnut Wormwood Cleanse is the real deal if you’re looking for a 100% natural, thoughtfully blended supplement to support your body’s detox game. The ingredient list reads like a herbal hall of fame: black walnut hull, wormwood, clove, pumpkin seed, garlic bulb, and more – all in one convenient capsule. No fillers, no junk, just pure plant power. I love that it’s gentle on the stomach yet potent enough to notice a difference in energy and regularity within the first week. As a 220 lb guy, I’ll be upfront: the dosages per serving are solid for general maintenance and lighter cleanses, but for a full, heavy-duty protocol tailored to my size, I paired it with a couple extra targeted herbs (like additional oregano oil and extra black walnut tincture) to hit the therapeutic levels I needed. This isn’t a flaw – it’s just biology. Most quality blends like this are formulated for a broad audience, and it still delivered outstanding support as the foundation of my routine. Bottom line: this is a fantastic, clean product that works with your body. It helped kickstart my cleanse, improved digestion, and left me feeling lighter and clearer. For best results, know your body weight and goals – scale up if needed – but don’t sleep on this one. Five stars because it’s effective, natural, and exactly what the wellness world needs more of.

The product does the job. At the end of my 2nd week taking 3 a day with a charcoal binder, the little buggers were falling out of me. I had no idea this was what would happen. The downside is that I felt flu like symptoms, abdominal pain, fatigue and sweats at the 2 week mark. This is what you feel like when it works for so.e people. I just would have liked a warning.
